The Run-Fast HQ Cheer Squad will be heading down to Albert Embankment this Wednesday (26.6.13) to support The Unconventionals as they line up to take part in the LBH Bridges Relay.
Kicking off as Big Ben strikes 7pm, each runner will complete one of four 2.3 mile laps going over Lambeth Bridge, along Millbank, across Vauxhall Bridge and back down the Albert Embankment.
Our team of have-a-go-heroes are a mix of Run-Fast staff and members of our athletics club:
